Mom, Mary Mac, Dixon and Cammie kept Dad in the dark for months while
Theresa created this beautiful family heirloom. from a
composite of photographs that she took on site.

Little Link is as unique as his pastel
portrait! When he flat out refused to be photographed for his portrait,
Theresa captured his charm by announcing that she needed his help to
photograph the tree he was climbing! Within seconds he had also shed
his shirt but it was so typical of him that we kept him in his
Tarzan mode!

We met the family
at the North Carolina coast, but conditions at the beach, wind, blowing
sand, etc., are not always great for photgraphy. We actually met later
at their home to take more reference photos in their backyard! Elvis
(the dog) was added as a suprise for the girls.

spirited Samantha! Her mom wanted lots of color and Samantha chose her

portrait of the father and I combined it with a photo of his son. These
are emotionally powerful portraits that always mean the world to the
families involved.

Vice Commander
Walt Jaskiewicz was recalled to duty following the events of Sept.11.
His proud wife commissioned this portrait in secret using the
neighbor's email and computer and we created this final portrait from
her photos. We framed and hung the portrait in their home for their big
unveiling!
